| A full-time REALTOR since 1985, Nick has distinguished himself by consistently being in the top 1% of all active Realtors. Most importantly, 65% of his business is referrals and repeat clients. That is an extremely high ratio and is a testament to the focus Nick and his staff have on the needs and wants of the clients.
To the benefit of the client, Nick brings many skills and much experience to the table. Immersed in the profession of helping clients list and sell residential and investment properties for 17 years, the following are a few of his achievements:
Successfully negotiated probates, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges (concurrent, delayed and reverse), family purchases, partnerships, living trusts
Highest price closed transaction was 104 units for $4,567,500
"Foreclosures": Closed dozens of REOs and Corporate properties, and has done over 550 broker opinions. Represented clients in the purchase of such properties.
Managed dozens of properties at a time and has overseen the "rehab" or remodeling of over 65 properties
Nick actively supports the community. For the Los Angeles Veterans Hospital, from 1993 to 2000 he has led or helped organize an annual holiday home-cooked feast for over 300 Veterans, including live entertainment. With his church, Nick has also helped with annual events for ARC (retarded children), the homeless, and a Greek Festival for the past 22 years.
